Parker's Parents....

Yes, Parker has parents too. I was reminded the other day that Parker has taken over our blog. But seriously...he's taken over our lives! Everything we do and don't do is surronded around him. But anyways I thought I would give you a a quick update on us!

*Quintin went to Florida for Spring Break for work. He stayed at the Disney Yacht Club. His favorite part of the trip was going to ESPN world and watching a game on the huge televisions.

*Parker and I ventured to my mom's while Quintin was in Florida. We spent a lot of time with family. This was Parker's first trip and he did great! My brother brought my mom to a nearby town and she rode with us the rest of the way. We missed Quintin and won't leave home without him any time soon.

*Quintin is crazy busy with work and school. I have heard a number of times, "I can't wait until this semester is over!" The end is in sight for both the semester and the end of school for Quintin. He will finish school next December-3 more semesters! He said he could finish in 2, but just wants to take it slow and easy. I don't blame him. We get to see him more when he takes it slow and easy.

*I have been working my butt off (literally) to get his baby gut off. My friend told me the other day, "It took you 9 months to put it on, it can take 9 months to get it off." That means I have 5 months to lose double digits of pounds. *sigh* My days consist of cleaning, laundry, playing on the floor with the cutest boy, diapers, feeding, walking. The computer is no longer my pass time. Parker is my world and I love spending every waking minute with him. He is such a funny baby. I LOVE watching as his little personality grows and grows!

*Parker is growing like a weed. He has his 4 month check up next week. I am both looking forward to it and not looking forward to it. I had such a hard time at the last check up witnessing him getting shots. I have never heard my baby cry like that before. I became a 2 month old baby with him, crying in the room...consoling each other. It's the worst! UGH! I am interested to see how much he weighs and has grown. He also gets to start food! I think we could have started him earlier, but being my first child, I thought I should wait and get the go ahead from the dr. He has started rolling over! I look forward to him becoming more and more active!

* I finally feel like I can do things that I haven't been able to do in the last 3 months! Parker and I go for a walk at the Rec Center or outside if it is nice 3 times a week! He loves it and I love that he loves it too. I was a little worried because he's a winter baby and has been cooped up for so long, but nothing to worry about!

*Well, that's our lives in a post! With all that said, you will see and read more of Parker than his good looking parents. We are doing great and loving life! Hope you all are doing great as well!

Don't worry about the shots. I cried as well and I still get a little emotional even though it is my second child. It is no fun.
